Vanquishing the Heroes Quest Summary
The effects of your actions happen here, at the present. Whether or not you save Noah, your quest continues, and for now it is clear: you need to slay 5 heroes.
Vanquishing the Heroes Walkthrough
[1] Head to Magmell
Fast travel points are currently not available. If you managed to save Noah, his statue and Frantz's statue will disappear. A chest will then appear. It contain the Shield of Stupor. The fast travel points are available now! Once you arrive, a cutscene will start.
Lavinia tells you that to save the world from its demise, you need to wake and slay five (5) heroes who currently lie dormant within cocoons. With the help of Lou, you're tasked to travel back in time to find the keys to wake these heroes.
Here, you have the freedom to choose what you want to do first. Here are your options:
・Slaying the Hero Josée
・Slaying the Hero Lyle
・Slaying the Hero Holly
・Requests from a Friend: Iris
・Requests from a Friend: Noah
・Requests from a Friend: Lavinia
OPTIONAL
[A] Talk to Iris.
Iris specializes in Booster Research and Development. Speaking with Iris unlocks the summoning pact with her. Talk to her again by "catching up" to receive the Blood-Fueled Strike Booster. This also unlocks her requests for Sunken City, Corroded Scar, and Undead Forest.
[B] Talk to Lavinia.
She will tell you about how Blood Codes work and she will take a sample of your blood. This will give you the Mind Booster. Catch up with her to get her blood code.
[C] Talk to Noah.
You can find Noah near the elevator. He tells you that Valentin is missing and wants you to help him find Valentin. Catch up with him to obtain the Old Engraved Blade. This also unlocks Noah's requests for Sunken City, Corroded Star, and Undead Forest.
[D] Talk to Jadwiga.
This particular Jadwiga is the one where you can find the billiards area. Find her on the 3rd floor, at the left side when facing the mistle.
She will give you her blood code. Catch up to her to unlock her request to find Uncanny Stones.
[2] Travel across the bridge to the mainland.
You can use the Water Treatment Plant mistle to travel. When you arrive at the bridge, a cutscene will start. You will receive a nice motorcycle, a gift from the people you saved. Ride the motorcycle. At the end of the bridge is the Sunken City.
You can activate the nearby mistle here. And when you move further, another cutscene will start. Lou will tell you that one of the heroes, Josée, is here.
