Is there a Mistfall Hunter Demo?
No Standalone Demo, But There Was an Open Beta
There's no demo sitting on Mistfall Hunter's store page, but early players did have a shot at an Open Beta before launch. It pulled in 431,927 Gyldhunters from around the world, and since anyone could hop in without a key or signup, it's about as close to a demo as the game has gotten.
That beta followed a handful of earlier playtests, one of which pushed Mistfall Hunter to the top of the Steam Next Fest charts. Between those playtests and the beta turnout, the game clearly had people paying attention well before it actually launched.
What Happens Now That the Beta Is Over
The Open Beta has closed, so the full game is what's on the table now. Mistfall Hunter will be released on July 30 at 01:00 UTC, and it comes with more content and a smoother experience than what beta players got to try.
